Greece’s state budget for 2023 will be tabled in Parliament on Monday (November 21) by Finance Minister Christos Staikouras.
It is expected to be reviewed by the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs from November 23 to 25. It will be debated in plenary as of December 13, with voting scheduled for December 17.
On Friday (Nov. 18), Parliament’s own budget for 2023 will be tabled in plenary for debate and voting. The same day, the Standing Committee on Social Affairs will start reviewing a draft bill on social insurance and pensions that was tabled in Parliament on Wednesday. It will go to plenary for debate on November 24.
A draft bill on restructuring the National Intelligence Service (EYP), currently on public consultation until November 22, is expected to have been voted on by December 7.
